I was travelling from Brighton to Gatwick very early last Wednesday morning with my family. When we got to the airport I realised that we were one suitcase short and panicked a bit. My call to you was answered straight away and you got in touch with our driver, a friendly ex-publican, immediately to check we hadn’t left it in the back of the cab. It wasn’t: I was simply half asleep and left it at our holiday flat (fortunately it didn’t contain our passports and money). Thank you very much for dealing with my early morning calls and charging a very reasonable fare.
